We packed the boys up and went to the Strong Museum, came home and Mike mowed the lawn, and then off for a few errands once the rain rolled it. It was a good day.

Me and Matthew at the museum

(Funny story: I didn’t even know he was asleep until I saw the picture in playback mode on the camera. I thought he was watching the kids playing. lol)

We’ve reached the stage in Matthew’s life where a bath is required after almost every meal. We try to spoon feed him as much as we can to avoid the mess but he really wants to do it himself….

Here he is loving a tray-full of Aunt Courtney’s spaghetti.

I sure do love them crossed ankles…

He loves doing stuff “just like Daddy”.

🙂

This was from the Strong Museum (a children’s museum). They have this room with a dance floor and a huge screen that shows all of your movements. Ian LOVES this room. We usually have to do some convincing to get him out of there.

As you’ve probably gathered, there is a radio control thing on the wall with buttons that allows you to pick different types of music. Ian always picks “B” which is a little hip-hop/rap/pop music. I find it very interesting that he insists on playing that music every time he’s in the room. It’s one of those moments where you see your child’s true personality coming out. He likes it and that’s what he wants to dance to, you know?

Or maybe he’s a Mary J. Blige fan? 🙂

…his brother? Or the Wii remote?

Tough call. Still not sure of the answer. 🙂
