Ian has been fascinated with golf for a long time so we’ve registered him for lessons a few times. This year, he attended a week-long golf day camp.  When we registered him for the camp, we saw they ran a kids golf tournament later in the summer.  We didn’t know much about it but figured he’d have fun golfing with kids his age so we signed him up for that too.

Waiting for his caddy/chauffeur (Papaw) to take him to the tournament.

Ian was very pleased with his golf game but we weren’t sure how he measured up against his peers.  When we found out there was a post-tournament picnic at the clubhouse, we all decided to go.

TROPHIES?!?!?  WHAT?!?!?!

hot dogs + chips + a chance to get a trophy = huge smiles
