I know it’s early in the weekend, a holiday weekend no less, to be posting a 52 weeks picture….but I just can’t imagine getting a shot better than this one. 🙂

Almost a year ago exactly….so many things have changed and yet, so much is the same. 🙂
We officially have more blog posts in 2009 than I had in 2008 and 2007 combined. 🙂
Today, I started my day with a bug in my ear. Literally.
I’m happily snoozing away. Dreaming a very vivid dream about taking pictures in NYC. I mean, I can even remember the camera settings in my dream! Anyway.
I’m dead asleep when I hear an insanely loud “BUUUUUUUZZZZZZZZZZ!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!”.
IN. MY. EAR.
Mostly definitely not NEAR my ear. Definitely IN my ear.
I immediately stick my finger in my ear hoping to move the little bugger along. Wait and pray I hear nothing more. Just as I breath a sigh of relief, again, more buzzing.
I sit up and poke and prod my ear. Buzzing stops.
I heard the buzzing about 2-3 more times and 2-3 more times I stick my damn finger in my ear.
Then, I hear nothing. I have no idea if it flew out but I have a bad feeling that I might have a dead bug in my ear.
Seriously. This is how I started my Monday. lol
UPDATE: I went to the doctor and after spending a good amount of time looking in my ear, neither the doctor nor the nurse saw a bug in there. So, despite the rough start to my day, it looks like I’m bug-free!
