Ian’s really into cars right now so he picked a BMW design.

Matthew chose a cat pattern which completely sucked to carve but looked awesome. LOL

I chose my standard classic pumpkin face and Mike drew out his own cat face.
Here are all the pumpkins lit.

Not in focus but I like that you could see them glowing. 🙂

This is the second note we’ve gotten like this from Mrs. Speranza since Ian has been in school. Â So proud of Ian!

The weekend before Halloween, we went to the Boo Bash that our school district puts on as a fundraiser.  They have high school students dress up and hand out candy in the halls of the school and then have snacks, face painting, basket raffles, and games in the gym.  It is nice to get out of the house but also to get an extra use out of our Halloween costumes.  🙂

Okay, he wasn’t up ALL night but he was up until after 1AM one night.

Not playing. Â Not sneaking video games. Â Up reading books I got him from the library.
I learned MY lesson: Â only give Ian one library book at a time and remove them from his room before we go to bed.

On a good note, he took a nap that afternoon.  I think it was his first nap since our trip to Disney World in 2011.  😉
Book: 10 Creepy Monsters
Craft: Â Yarn spider webs
The boys made spider webs, worked on foam pumpkins, and even made some book marks!
